How to request deletion

Email nicolas.mehlei@gmail.com from the address you use to sign in to Firstful, and say what you'd like deleted:

• Your whole household — every child profile, every timeline entry, every photo and video, and your account itself, or
• Specific entries only — tell us which ones, or which date range, and the rest of your household stays untouched.

This is a manual process today, not an automated one — a real person reads the request and deletes exactly what you asked for. We reply to confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

For a full household deletion, everything Firstful holds about it:

• Child profiles (name, birth date)
• Every timeline entry — text, timestamps, milestone tags
• Every photo and video attached to an entry, and its stored copies
• Household membership and the sign-in identity tied to it

We aim to complete a verified deletion request within 30 days. We keep nothing afterward except what we're legally required to retain, which for Firstful is nothing beyond that.

Deleting individual entries yourself

You don't need to email us for this: you can delete a single entry directly in the app at any time, and it's removed for every member of your household.
